Lincoln Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for Lincoln cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price for October is $106,813. During November there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till $100,458. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from $103,635.5 to $102,154.5. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from $102,895 to $101,286.5 during February and March.
The average price for Lincoln has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2020, the average price is $18,960.68. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($3,546) moving up till ($58,327)in 2020. During the next two years (2021, 2022) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 242 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 8 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($70,816) and the the last two years that were studied (2023, 2024) with a price of $76,826.5.
