During the following two months (September, October) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 42 % from $209,964.5 to $298,558. The average price has had spectacular rise of 43 % with an average price of $254,261.25 during the previous 4 months and $363,570.5 during the most recent months in November and December.
The average price for Porsche has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2020, the average price is $53,445.55. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($26,832) moving up till ($144,618)in 2020. During the next two years (2021, 2022) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 224 %.
